The Tri Kappa local chapter, Beta Gamma, created the scholarship to foster the education of local students planning to attend local colleges or universities. Award amounts vary depending on funds available.

Awarded to to a woman 25 years of age or older. This scholarship is designed for the woman who has had an interruption in her educational career, but is now back in school, and is working seriously towards a degree, with at least 6-12 credits completed and a grade point average that shows success towards her goal of graduation.
