Posting a job on IUSBCareers is one of the most effective ways for you to reach IU South Bend students seeking an employment opportunity. You can complete the job posting form by logging into your account.
IUSBCareers Instructions
- Go to careers.iusb.edu and click the “Employer Login”
- Enter the username (your email address) & password and click "Sign In"
- If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password”
Your home page will have pertinent announcements concerning recruitment at IU South Bend.
Two ways to get started:
In the navigation list click “Jobs” click “Post a Job” (option to post to multiple colleges)
OR
Under “Recruiting Resources” click “Create Job Posting” (post to IU South Bend only)
- Enter all required fields marked with an asterisk (*)
- Click “Submit”
IUSBCareers does not allow for ‘editing’ of approved positions. Instead, copy the position that needs editing and make the corrections.
- Click Jobs > Job Postings
- Choose Copy Existing to copy a position
- Enter all required fields marked with an asterisk (*)
- Click “Submit”
- Remember to click the “Withdraw” button below the old position
- Click Jobs > Job Postings
- Choose the tab “Student Résumés”
If you have more than one position posted, use the drop down list to choose the position - Click “Search”
- Once you have followed the instructions for “Reviewing Applicants”
- Select all the students you would like
- Under Batch Options click Generate Book to create resume packet
- You will receive an email once the book has been created; you will find it under the “Publications” tab
- Click Account > Password/Preferences
- Enter current password, then new password, then re-enter to confirm
- Click “Submit”
- Click Employer Profile > Logo
- Click Browse to find your logo file
- Click “Save”
- Click Employer Profile > Who We Are
- Scroll down and enter Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Click “Save”

- Photos (Flikr)
- Videos (YouTube)
